In order to keep my dev and design skills fresh, I spent the weekend making a browser extension!
PortGo is a small add-on that lets you bookmark commonly used ports when developing locally.
I often use many ports when developing for the web so I figured why not make a plugin I would personally use and see if other devs would find it useful (I also like having a clean bookmark bar).
I had a lot of fun making this as I wanted to test myself to not rely too much on existing code and the documentation provided by Google to build this. I’ve had this idea for a little over a year so I’m happy to see the little sketch I made become an actual product.
